Dodgeball for an hour, flag tag for 30 minutes, soccer for 30 minutes. This may have been more of a sprint workout then cardio, but either way I'm so tired I'm going to bed at 10. Kids are exhausting.
I did the 30-30 45-45 thingy from Deb's blitz. I am pretty bad at checking my ipod for times so it turned into sprint for a while, jog for the right amount of time, sprint some more, etc. One day I will get a watch and do it right but I end up working alot harder without one so I'm not in a rush
I forgot to post on here - but I've been super cardio-active (and getting enough sleep etc) - I'm doing the 30-day Ironman thing where you have to do an Ironman of distances in 30 days - I'm almost done except for swimming because I have such blackline burnout and get really bored. But. I led Bike and Hike for strips this weekend, and biked up three mountains in that time, among other things - also OMG MOUNTAIN BIKING IS FUN! but sort of scary - my right brake was fucked. anyway, the point is, I am def getting my cardio in. Rebecca and I did a second run (yea two a days!) yesterday - decent pace into norwich and back along the river and up west wheelock, 4.1 miles, didn't time it though, but it was definitely hard enough. ugh yea i need a watch hanover get places where you can buy digital watches that cost less than $50!!
